Both your home and visited institution should have support or help pages available to assist you in using eduroam.
Each participating institution has an eduroam page on its website, containing information specific to eduroam connections. AARNet lists info links for each participating institution. Support contact information is typically provided on an institution’s eduroam info page.
If your home institution and the visited institution is unable to help, AARNet provides support for eduroam at support@aarnet.edu.au.
