What happens to my school satellite service if I exceed the data quota?

The NBN Satellite service data quota is monitored regularly throughout the day. When either of the two (upload and total) data quotas is exceeded, the associated AVC is suspended. A service suspension will mean that the AVC will no longer be able to access the internet.

Remember that the NBN Public Interest Premise Satellite service is comprised of two AVC’s and in the event that one of the AVC’s is suspended, you can make use of the second AVC to connect to the internet.
