Why can't I find Zoom Cloud Recording in CloudStor?

When you log in to CloudStor there is a "Zoom Recordings" link in the CloudStor file menu on the left hand side of the screen. If this is the first time you have logged into CloudStor clicking this link will discover existing recordings. This discovery process needs to run for new CloudStor users because your CloudStor account did not exist and the Zoom Recordings folder could not be shared with your account in CloudStor until after your first log-on .

Once existing recordings have been discovered using that link, you can also view all of your Zoom Cloud Recordings in the file navigator under "Shared with You"->"Zoom Recordings". If this folder is unavailable, click the "Zoom Recordings" link in the CloudStor file menu on the left hand side of the screen.
