CloudStor T1 support Slack Channel

We have a tier one support channel for CloudStor within the AARNet Slack team.

This is primarily for institutions to help them supporting their CloudStor community and interact directly with the CloudStor support, development and architectural teams and have the opportunity to share experiences with other members of the wider CloudStor community. 

You can request access if you are:

  • A primary institutional help desk support staff member.
  • A primary cloudstor support officer for your institution.
  • A storage administrator interacting with cloudstor storage offerings.
