CloudStor is regularly backed up. If you have lost a file on your CloudStor drive, our support staff might be able to assist you in recovering it from backups.
Before requesting file recovery, you can attempt to recover the file or versions from the deleted files area in the CloudStor web interface.
Make a recovery request
The request to recover a file must come from an authorised agent of your institution. This is typically a member of ITS with access to the tenant portal.
Email this information to the AARNet support team:
- Requester email address
- Client email address
- File name
- File path
- Recovery date
