The first time you log in to CloudStor, it records your identity provider – the institution that provided your institutional login. If you attempt to login with a different identity provider, CloudStor will display the Incorrect Identity Provider error.
CloudStor restricts access to your account so that you can only log in through your home institution. This is a security measure to help prevent fraudulent access to your account.
If you do not believe you should be seeing this error, please contact your institution's help desk to confirm there have been no changes to your identity provider.
