Note: with the decommission of CloudStor on 15 December, 2023 we recommend you don't delete any files on your CloudStor account. If you no longer require your CloudStor data, you can request your account be set to read-only mode.
You can delete your CloudStor data at the file or folder level by using the contextual menu or through the kebab menu.
Note: When you delete a file or folder, CloudStor will move it to the Deleted files folder. After 30 days, CloudStor will permanently delete the file. Until then, you can restore a file or folder you have previously deleted.
To delete a file or folder from the CloudStor web interface:
- Click
next to the file or folder and click
Delete.
CloudStor will move the files to the Deleted files folder.
Delete multiple files or folders
- Hover over a file or folder that you want to delete.
CloudStor will display a checkbox on the icon or preview image. - Tick the checkbox.
- Repeat until you’ve ticked every visible file or folder that you want to delete.
- Click
Delete above the file list.
CloudStor will move the files to the Deleted files folder.
