This issue can occur on a group drive that has a large number of files or folders. When you rename a file or folder, the change can take longer to complete if there is a lot of data on the drive.
The rename process can get stuck on the Pending state, and the system will not allow another file or folder name change while one is still in progress.
If you need to rename multiple files or folders in a group drive, we recommend you do this offline on your local machine and re-sync to CloudStor.
