Get the ClientSecret

Generate a client secret for the application.

Find the ClientID

  1. Open Microsoft 365 Entra.
  2. Click Applications > App registrations in the side navigation bar.
  3. Copy the Application ID for the application.

Find the TenantID

  1. Open Microsoft 365 Entra.
  2. Click Applications > App registrations in the side navigation bar.
  3. Click the application name.
  4. Click the copy icon next to the Directory ID for the application.

Find your TenantDomain

  1. Open Microsoft 365 Entra.
  2. Click Overview in the side navigation bar.
  3. Copy the Primary domain for your organisation.

Upload information to CloudStor 

  1. Create a text file with this text on 4 lines:
    ClientID=
TenantID=
ClientSecret=
TenantDomain=
  2. Enter your ClientID, TenantID, TenantDomain and ClientSecret. leaving no spaces between the = and the parameter.
  3. Save the text file as o365-API-keys.txt.
  4. Contact SOC for instructions on how to securely share your API keys file with them.
