You can use the Delete My Account feature to have your CloudStor account disabled and queued for removal after 15 December, 2023 using CloudStor accessed via a web browser.
If you do not delete your account using this feature, you will be able to access your CloudStor account until 15 December, 2023 when it will be queued for removal.
We recommend you use this feature if you:
- No longer use CloudStor;
- Have local copies of your CloudStor data; and
- Would like to stop receiving emails about CloudStor.
Note: your account does not need to be set to read-only to use this feature.

Delete your account
- Log in to CloudStor in a web browser.
- Click
Delete My Account in the side navigation panel.
- Check that your Notification Email is correct. Any notifications will go to this email address.
- Read the information and tick the checkbox.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Enter your CloudStor Username.
- Click Delete My Account.
If you have not entered your username correctly, the box will turn red.
Once your request is submitted, you will be logged out of CloudStor.
Once you have submitted a request to delete your account, your CloudStor account will be disabled and you will no longer have access to CloudStor. You will receive a confirmation email that your account has been disabled, and you will be removed from further correspondence relating to CloudStor.
Your data will be securely deleted starting from 15 December, 2023.
