Prerequisites
- Have the CloudStor desktop app installed.
Download using Windows Explorer
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to the CloudStor folder.
- Select the Zoom Recordings folder.
This may be located in the Shared folder or directly under the CloudStor folder.
Files with theicon next to them are only located on CloudStor and not saved to your local computer.
Files with theicon next to them are downloaded to your local computer and will always be available.
- Copy (CTRL+C or right click and click Copy) the folder.
- Create a new folder or navigate to another folder on your local PC. We recommend that this folder should be located outside of your CloudStor folder.
- Paste (CTRL+V or right click and click Paste) the folder into this location.
Note: If you only need specific recordings, you can find these in the Zoom Recordings folder. You can copy the required files individually using the same method as above.
Download using the CloudStor desktop app
If you do not have a CloudStor folder in Windows Explorer, you will need to create a new sync connection.
- Open the CloudStor desktop app.
- Click Add Folder Sync Connection.
- Enter the location you want your Zoom Recordings saved to on your computer.
- Select the Zoom Recordings folder.
This may be located in the Shared folder or directly under the CloudStor folder. - Uncheck Use virtual files instead of downloading content immediately.
- Click Add Sync Connection.
Zoom Recordings will now show as a sync connection and will start downloading to your local computer.
