If a user or group drive from your tenancy is disabled, users will no longer be able to:
- Log in to the account; or
- Receive any communications related to CloudStor.
Note: The user or group drive and the data belonging to that account will remain on the storage and will be tracked in your tenancy statistics and user list.
An institution's tenant admin or an authorised user can request that a user or group drive account be disabled. We recommend that institutions identify CloudStor users who are no longer active and email a list to cloudstor@aarnet.edu.au to have these users disabled in CloudStor.
If a user has used the Delete My Account feature, their account will automatically be disabled as part of their request.
