Set a user or group drive to read-only
- Login to the Tenant Portal.
- Click Users on the side navigation panel.
Note: the user list may take some time to load. - Click the
Make this user read only icon next to the user you want to set to read-only.
To find a specific user, you can search by username or email address using the search box. - In the popup window, enter the email address of the user you want to set to read only.
- Click Confirm.
Note: you may need to refresh the page if the user doesn't immediately show as set to read-only in the user list.
It is possible to set your entire tenancy to read-only, including all user and group drives, or set read-only status to users in bulk.
