Request All My Data

The Request All My Data feature can be used to create and download a copy of your CloudStor data.

  • Request All My Data
  • Can I make another request for my data if I don’t download it within 40 days of receiving the link?
  • I received the error “Your session has expired, please login again" when trying to download my CloudStor data
  • I receive a "Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid" error when I try to open my downloaded data
  • I receive a "password invalid" error when I copy and paste the password to access my download link
