With the recent major update to FileSender, all API keys were purged from FileSender. This means that any previously created API keys will no longer work.
To continue using the FileSender API, you will need to generate a new API key.
- Click My Profile in the top navigation menu.
- Click New API secret and accept the use policy for remote authentication.
Your API string will now appear, and you can copy it and update your files with the new key.
If you have an existing API secret showing in your FileSender account but it is not working as intended, we recommend that you delete the API key and create a new one.
- Click My Profile in the top navigation menu.
- Click Clear API secret.
- Click New API secret and accept the use policy for remote authentication.
Your API string will now appear, and you can copy it and update your files with the new key.
