FileSender has internal limits on how many actions of a certain type can be carried out in a 24 hour period. These include sending new files, creating FileSender Vouchers, sending email reminders, downloading files, and receiving files.
You may see a “Service Unavailable” error when trying to carry out one of these actions if this limit has been reached.
For some actions, if you have hit the limit, the process may complete but no notification email will be sent.
If you receive this error or do not get a notification email after completing an action, we recommend waiting 24 hours and try again.
